  2. i love hiit cardio i do it daily to cool down from it i do yoag and stretching i aim for 2-3 hours of excercise per day with my an ana coach shes gr8 by the way and also i think that hiit tabata and youtbers like chloe ting and the model workouts are great sanne vloet as well and definitely check out vicki jstiz
